This post will be photos of all different types of houses we have bought and conditions of houses we buy, with descriptions. so you can get an idea if your house may be a good fit for us!
This house was one with so much potential! I loved the exterior charm, and the inside was like a blank canvas as we bought this house completed gutted so it needed a total interior rehab.
This is a house we bought needing many updates and repairs. This house was needing repairs, such as new kitchen, updated bathrooms, demolition of old panels, cabinets, flooring and drywall, paint and flooring throughout.
This house buy was needing repairs on interior and exterior plus a full rehab. The house needed new siding, roof, gutters, windows (the windows were installed already on the interior picture). Needed new cabinets, appliances, all bathroom fixtures, drywall
Here we bought a duplex that was in great shape, however it just needed some updating and very minor repairs. The biggest thing needing updated were the floors (The red carpets had to go!)
And this one was out of a duplex that needed updates and repairs, as well as a big clean out as the house was full of clothes, trash and other belongings throughout the house. Plus! This one came with a squatter in the house as well! So even if you want to sell your house that has a squatter or problem tenant etc, We will still buy it!
