Below are details on what we are currently looking for as we search for the next house to buy.
The property types we are currently interested in buying single family homes, multifamily rental properties or an apartment building.
The specific areas that we are most interested in at this time includes: Lexington, Ontario, Bellville, Butler, Fredericktown, Ashland and country settings in between, However, we will still consider all homes brought to us from Richland, Ashland, Knox, and Morrow Counties.
The preferred property condition is cosmetic repairs and updating that we would describe as a light to moderate rehab project. We are fine with repairs being needed, dated houses, problem tenants, and more. We typically buy houses or rental properties that have value add potential to them.
