Once we’ve finalized the scope of your project, we’ll take the next step based on your needs. If you require design and planning services, we’ll guide you through our comprehensive design process. However, if you already have a design and plans in place, we’ll move forward with creating a detailed proposal for your transformation.

Our expert designer will put together some basic design options for you to review, and we’ll have a better idea of what those options will cost. If you’re happy with the direction, we’ll collect a design retainer and then the fun begins! You’ll select the materials, finishes, and fixtures that will make your space truly your own. As you’re making your final selections, our installers will visit your home to assess the site. Together, we’ll craft a detailed, custom design plan that speaks to your unique style.

We’ll walk you through every detail—costs, schedules, and finishes—ensuring you have a clear vision of your new space. After addressing any adjustments or final tweaks, we’ll finalize the plans with a Construction Agreement, officially setting your project in motion.

After finalizing the Construction Agreement, our internal team will get to work behind the scenes. We’ll order your selected materials, prepare construction-ready documents, and handle any necessary zoning, HOA approvals, and permits required to start your project. Once everything is in place, we’ll begin transforming your space into the home you’ve envisioned. Throughout the construction process, we’ll keep you informed with a detailed schedule and provide a dedicated on-site team to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. As we near completion, we’ll conduct a detailed walk-through with you to ensure every aspect of your remodel meets your expectations and is finished to perfection.
