We are the Butler’s! The Property Butlers is our family owned and operated business, consisting of myself, Jerod, my wife Melinda and our two boys, Royce and Rhett. We are from Mansfield, Oh and invest primarily throughout Richland County. I grew up in the construction industry and began building in remodeling houses in my teenage years and Melinda was working as a Nurse. We met in our early twenties and both shared a burning passion for real estate and wanted to start building a portfolio of our own of rentals and fixing up homes for resale. So that was the beginning and we began to buy houses. Now, we have been blessed to be growing our family and living our dream of improving our community through the world of real estate!
At The Property Butlers, we focus on helping homeowners find solutions to their problems. There are many very stressful situations that result in needing to sell property, so whether it be a foreclosure, a divorce, a death in the family, a problem tenant, a load of repairs needed, but whatever the reason, we do our best to cater to those specific needs.
